Terms and conditions
For all its operational activities, EMO follows the terms and conditions for stevedoring as laid down in the Terms and Conditions for Bulk Goods Stevedores Rotterdam 1991 by the Association of Rotterdam Transhipment businesses. All purchasing activities are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase of EMO.

In connection with the shutting down and starting up of the machines, these times may vary slightly. In consultation with clients, on an incidental basis, in return for a consideration, the decision may be taken to work for all or part of a non-working day. If Queen’s Day falls on a Sunday, this national holiday is shifted to the next day (i.e. Monday).
